Generally, tuition fees, admission fees, and transport fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
In the event of a technical error resulting in a double payment for the same fee cycle, the excess amount will either be adjusted against the following month's fees or refunded to the original payment source within 5 to 7 working days.
If a student withdraws their admission, a written notice must be submitted to the administration office. No refunds will be issued for mid-term withdrawals.
